The
Allegan County Low Vision Support Group will
hold meetings on the last Thursday of each
month. The meetings will occur from 10 A.M.
to Noon at The United Methodist Church, 409
Trowbridge in Allegan. Snacks will be provided
and there is no cost for participation in
the group. This service is an outreach activity
of the “Association for the Blind and
Visually Impaired” which provides vision
and blindness rehabilitation services to
residents in 13 West Michigan counties. Questions

Goodwill
Industries of Southwestern Michigan has opened
a new Donation Center at 8139 N. 32nd St.
in Richland. The Donation Center is not a
retail outlet, but a unique location which
will only accept donations. The biggest need
is for donations of gently used dishes, pots
and pans, toys, small appliances and electronics.
Gently used clothing is always appreciated
and all donations are tax deductible with
receipts available. The new Donation Center
is open Monday-Friday from 12:30 P.M. until
5:30 P.M. and on Saturday from 9 A.M. until
5 P.M.
